New software, which require increased disk space and memory to function, are mushrooming in the market. Offices may need to use these to increase their business returns. It will be more economically viable for them to go in for computer upgrades than to buy a new machine to accommodate the software.

While any computer upgrade will involve an increase in hard drive space, if the user's operations are not graphic related, he may not need to change the video cared.
