#1 Remove spyware.

When cleaning up and re-organizing doesn't do the trick, you should look in to the harmful spyware that sits on your disk. #3 Look in to the registry.

The registry is a place or database where all your settings and information about your computer is stored. What you need to do is get a system and registry scanner program, which you can download  and use it up to clean your registry and  fix errors in your computer. Manually doing it risks harming your system and stopping windows running at all. You'll notice that once you've cleaned your system and registry files, the computer will stop giving you error messages and make your slow windows computer run fast again.
