It was still quite expensive during those times since they used gold as one of the materials in creating computers. Gold was a great conductor of electricity but it was also a bit expensive. Later, they found silicon and other intrinsic materials that are abundant in nature as a replacement for gold in some of its parts. Business establishments, military bases and ordinary homeowners are now using computers as tool in managing their daily activities.
